Sugar, salt and fat . With the development of technological advancements in instant food in the world, many food products are emerging that are often far from healthy because some food products now no longer pay attention to the health effects of people who consume them with high sugar content, high fat and high salt making these foods into food which is not healthy for consumption.

1. Sugar - 50 grams (4 tablespoons) per day
Sugar is indeed needed by the body as an energy source but if we consume it too much it will disrupt health such as causing obesity and type 2 diabetes, we can replace sugar consumption by consuming fresh fruits which are certainly healthier for the body than consuming sugar directly.

2. Salt - 2000 milligrams of sodium / sodium or 5 grams of salt (1 teaspoon)

3. Fat - 67 grams (5 tablespoons of oil)
